if u dont have axis bank account then i think ur cc application will reject.
and u will get Amazon pay card easily..even if u dont have account

Most probably, axis Neo was an advertisement on your amazon app..it has nothing to do with Amazon...if you apply, axis will take it as a fresh application just like others...Amazonpay icici has more chances of approval
