📢 Attention DesiDime Community! Urgent Issue with Amazon Refund

Dear fellow DesiDime shoppers,

I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. As someone who has been a loyal Amazon customer, I recently encountered a frustrating situation related to a product return and refund. Here are the key points:

1. Order Details:

- Order Date: 27th January 2024

- Order Number: 171-3279250-5897918

- Product: OnePlus Bullets Z2 Bluetooth Wireless in Ear Earphones with Mic

- Price: ₹1,699.00

2. The Issue:

- Upon receiving the earphones, I discovered that the cable was cut.

- Promptly, I initiated a return on 30th January 2024.

3. Amazon's Response:

- Shockingly, Amazon has now refused to process my refund.

- They claim that the returned product doesn't match their records.

- Despite my requests, they haven't provided any photographic evidence to support their stance.

4. Appeal for Support:

- As a long-standing Amazon customer, this experience is disheartening.

- I urge Amazon to reconsider and provide transparency in their decision-making.

- My hard-earned money is at stake, and I want a fair resolution.

5.Action Needed:

- If any of you have faced similar issues, please share your experiences.

- Let's raise our collective voice and demand fair treatment.

- Contact Amazon's customer service and express your concerns.

Remember, as consumers, we have rights, and it's essential to advocate for them! 🛒🔍

Thank you for your solidarity and support!

Amazon has changed a very important thing on the order page that you might not notice. Yes, ‘product replacement’ has been changed to ‘7-Day Service Centre replacement’ just like Flipkart.

That means, if you get a defective or broken item on delivery, you’ll need to visit a service center nearby to get it fixed or replaced. Amazon won’t take any responsibility and won’t even pick up the device and send the replacement unit, like they used to.

We all should avoid online tengile products immediately. Every portal be it amazon , fkart, jiomart, etc dumping all defective and secondhand products in the name of new. Also our laws and govt machinery are defunct and hands with them for their own benefits.
