1 is Amazon Rupee Friday offer applicable on vehicle insurance renwal , can insurance be treated as bill and give offer benefits.
2. is amazon stopped applying partial payment from amzon pay balance and partial payment from rupee debit card , i encountered same last week and not able to pay bill.

Even Partial EB bill is not working as well, can't able to use amazon pay amount partially have to use it full to pay
