Amazon seller refusing pickup

I recently ordered an item from Amazon and it was delivered a couple of days ago, since then I’m trying to return it as it is under “10 day returnable” policy but the seller is refusing to take it back.

It was a seller fulfilled item and he was providing 1 day delivery since he’s from my city so I ordered from him but now he’s calling and threatening that he cannot take it back after selling and I should’ve checked it earlier.

I contacted amazon and they are raising return request but since no courier is involved and seller directly delivered the product, he is refusing to pick it back. What should I do? Amazon tells to wait for product pick up and my 5K is now stuck.

please recommend something experienced dimers.

Have all recordings and proof, and then connect with customer care on Phone. They will atleast refund your money. Seller won’t get the money so soon …

Well same problem with me! M always making different pickup requests from 1.5 months but courier team is not picking it up & Amazon also not helping much to change the courier till now! Much frustrated btw mine return is still active from them.
