Amazon send me used car tyres instead of new

Dear all, i ordered 4 tyre for my maruti Baleno car from Amazon from 2 IDs, I have received the tyres which is proper packed and having sticker , but when I given to tyre shop for fitting i realised that except one all tyres are used tyres, when I compliant it in Amazon they are they are investigating the matter, kindly suggest what should I do now ?

Tyres from Amazon.
Never bought online. Offline prices are comparatively better I believe for such products
BTW was it a crazy deal?
