I have loaded money into another Amazonpay account long time back. Now, i try to use it but it’s not showing on payment page. customer care saying to do kyc. I already did my kyc in primary account.how to utilise this amount. Any suggestions please?

Long time – how long? More than a year?
And is the balance showing normally? If so, try paying in other portals that supports APay. Check if that works.
