I have completed Amex Mrcc 20k milestone and got 1k MRpoints
But now one of order got refunded around 2k rs. now would amex revert those 1k Mr points ? should I spend those 2k again ? or it's fine ?

Do 2k more or they will deduct it later

I had the same thing happen last year. They don't deduct the milestone points, only the tx-related points. You're good.
