Amex payment via HDFC Billpay!

I did a payment on my Amex on 02-11-2020 16:14:21, no reflection or SMS yet from Amex side.
Generally I had used cred & mobikwik previously which used to reflect 1 or 2 days respectively.
Any idea guys, how long this generally takes. My first time using HDFC Utility Payment system via Billdesk.

take 5 days most of the time
It will be done in 3-5 working days max
Make any cc dues payment atleast 7 days in advance when making via HDFC Bill Pay
It usually credits in 3-4 working days and might take 5-6 days to reflect in payee cc

Thanks for the explanation. I was trying Hdfc BillPay first time as most Dimers have been using it for the 1%. And yes my cc bill hadn’t been even generated, so I am not afraid of due date.. just the money is invisible to me.
Btw, why does Hdfc take such a long time, while others are able to it faster? Any ideas
I’m new to HDFC, have a few questions regarding bill pay.
1. do we get 1% platinum debit card cashback only for AutoPay or also for any ad-hoc payment we make to the credit card/any other utility?
2. Moreover, I don’t see an option to enable auto-pay for credit card billers on the website. Can we enable auto-pay for credit card billers?
3. Do auto-pay billers still require confirmation before payment like confirm & pay?
4. What happens when auto-pay is enabled but there are not sufficient funds?

6. Do we get any confirmation post the transaction, confirming that it is eligible for the cashback?

1. 1% up to 750/month for any bill payment done via hdfc billpay.
2. no auto-pay option for credit card bill anywhere unless you give your email password to allow 3rd party to read your card statement sent in email as it is done by cred.
3. No confirmation for auto-pay billers.
4. Transaction will fail if insufficient funds.
5. Cashback will be given within 4-5 days of doing the bill payment(points given in netbanking cards section).
6. No confirmation given but also not needed, as long as platinum debit card is used to make bill payment via hdfc billpay it is almost guaranteed you will get the cashback.

HDFC credits the points first, so if you can see the reward points then you know your card payment will happen that day.
Also they try hard to maintain the 5 working days timing, no idea what they do so long in this digital age.
There is no option to add HDFC credit card as biller in HDFC Billdesk Pay. Only other than HDFC cards only allowed? I can pay through netbanking for HDFC cards but it is debited from account, we will not get CB right? @guest_999

yes, if you want to get cashback for paying hdfc credit card bills then you need to pay using millennia debit card via mobikwik which will be considered as a wallet transaction & will give 1% cashback.
do we get 5% cashback for the payment made?
usually it takes 3 days for me via HDFC Billl Pay for amex cc
