Hi Amex dimers,
Can anyone confirm whether 10% CB offer on Oneplus Website on Amex card can be routed through Amex rewards multiplier to get additional 3X MR points on Amex Platinum travel card or these two offers are mutually exclusive.

Ok, so I had done this a while ago.
I booked a OnePlus 8T via Amex Reward Multiplier link.
I have yet to receive the bonus points but I received the cashback (although by calling customer care to manually push the cashback).
I have raised the request for the 2X bonus
It seems that nowadays Amex CC has become hit or miss . Depends on which CC executive ur connected . Placed order for one pus 9R via rewards multiplier. Chatted with CC and they categorically denied CB saying purchases via reward multiplier not eligible for 10% CB.
Had to cancel my order. Waiting for refund.

@Bharatwasi I just received the 2X bonus points for that transaction. So received 10% cashback, 2X bonus too.

How much time they took for giving 10% cashback after transaction date.
Over phone call got the information that both is not valid. Then on chat share the t&c and mentioned phone executive mentioned that only one benefit you will get. But the chat executive confirms that both benefits will be applied and he has reconfirmed from the team. The chat person from Oneplus mentioned that zero cost EMI is not valid on amex but want to confirm if anyone has availed it with amex no cost EMI for this month

Got this message today for Transaction done on 14.04.2021.
Got 4039+961= 5000 cashback today.
I had placed two orders of same amount 40389 on 14.04.2021 and cancelled one order.
Now they are giving 15 points for every 100 spent , I guess for a limited period
.
Still not received even after 150 calender days.
Now Amex CC saying wait for 150 working days.
I think it’s always working days not calendar days.
Mine bonus points are still pending let’s see what happens.
Finally additional 2X points credited today for my PT Card for reward multiplier purchase on Oneplus dated 14.04.2021.
