Amex Spend offer - Pls suggest how to reach(rent payment & other ideas)

Amex gave me a steep target of 1 lakh spends for receiving 5k amazon GC. I’m wondering how to reach it.
Please suggest in these scenarios:
1. Can I pay rent for my cousin’s office via nobroker? Would I need to register on nobroker or would he need to register on nobroker? If he registers on nobroker, can he pay rent using my credit card or would he need to pay rent only using a credit card in his name?
2. Is there a way I can transfer funds to him by paying by credit card? I am aware of instamojo but they levy 3% transaction charges on Amex cards.
3. Any other ways that I can use my Amex CC to reach the spend milestone?

Edit: Just found out that only paymatrix allows rent payment through Amex CC!

Yes I did, thanks. But have no supplementary cards, so was able to spend only 20k.
Still need to spend about 50-60k by November 15th!
Yes, it was there. I checked and confirmed, only after which I added 10k.
Where to check the availability? I couldn’t find anywhere in app. But 200 cb received for 2/4 times wallet load from Amex cc today. Last month it worked for 5 times.

Mobikwik is allowing 10k wallet to bank transfer for first timers. So utilized amex for that. Try that.

any other ways other than NPS? what about digital gold? is it better than NPS to park some money in digital gold to achieve spends? 40k still remaining to reach 1 lakh.

Did u purchase 20k worth of amazon gv with 10% cashback on your and suppliment card? Most ppl have crossed 60k by doing that
