AMoney added through pockets account not visible

I added money using pockets.mobilenumber@icici to my pockets account.
Transaction is successful but money not added in my pockets account.I try the same with minimal amount too for second time,still same issue.
Anybody able to add successfully from other UPI apps using this method.
Note: I have added like this before,it’ll get credited instantly,but today it’s not happening.

i hope no issue in crediting the amount..Today add money to pockets account and paid cc bill too.😌

the UPI format of pockets is <mobile no>@pockets
Both are your Pockets UPI ID. 😀
Same here… 3000 stuck…. Money deducted… But not added to wallet… Transaction showing successful on gpay…. Trying to contact cs on phone…. Even in work duration… Call not going through…. On twitter no response…
It takes almost 8-10 min to connect pocket cs.
Also,funds is not reversed till now.

It takes time to reflect money in the account. Wait for a while.

Today also i called them, they said they will resolve by tomorrow. God sake, dont know when they going to resolve the issue,

Same issue with me.
I tried transferring 15k amount from Paytm UPI to pockets @ icici UPI without realising wallet transaction limit of 10k. Now money deducted from source Bank and Paytm showing transaction successful message.
But nothing received in account.
No reversal yet. Any idea how and where to raise the issue?

Sent money via mobikwik upi but not added to pockets..
Contacted mobikwik they said money sent from their end..
Already mailed to pockets, icici, and raised complaint with npci..
What should i do ?
