Facing issues with icici across services today

I added money using [email protected] to my pockets account.
Transaction is successful but money not added in my pockets account.I try the same with minimal amount too for second time,still same issue.
Anybody able to add successfully from other UPI apps using this method.
Note: I have added like this before,it’ll get credited instantly,but today it’s not happening.
i hope no issue in crediting the amount..Today add money to pockets account and paid cc bill too.😌

No,no.i sent money before with same UPI I’d [email protected] gets credited immediately.
Yesterday only i faced the issue.Tried added 2 times,but transaction is successful from phonepe end but amount not credited into pockets wallet
Same here… 3000 stuck…. Money deducted… But not added to wallet… Transaction showing successful on gpay…. Trying to contact cs on phone…. Even in work duration… Call not going through…. On twitter no response…

It takes almost 8-10 min to connect pocket cs.

@vasanth_ece now onwards add money using this format. Because the upi format you mentioned in main post is obsolete. And don’t worry you will get your money reversed in source bank account (most probably on same day within some hours) from which you sent money via upi. And please check your bank statement/balance once because sometimes balance has been reversed already but sms recieved very late.

and in their pockets app too they mentioned this upiid to add funds.Where is the new UPI I’d mentioned in pockets?
Also,funds is not reversed till now.

You can check your upi id on pockets app homepage only on upper side under statement/add funds tab. By the way you can also try by sending 1rs on new upi add money format @ pockets as mentioned in comment of @ panchabhut.

Checked new one works…Not sure what will happen to the money sent using [email protected] 3k stuck…

Don’t worry bro you will get your money reversed within sometime. Ideally it should get reversed within some hours only.

I tried to initiate the chat with them.They called me and said either money will get credited in 1 working day or refunded in 3 working days.
Hoping for the best.

Yes,i entered the valid mobile number.Once i click verify in Phonepe,it showed my name and then only I transferred the amount.
I tried to transfer again with small amount too but again got same issue.
