Hi Friends,
I try to add Rs.3000 to the ICICI pockets wallet through CRED pay UPI. The payment from CRED is showing successful but the amount is not credited to the pockets wallet. Upon contacting CRED customer care, they told me that the payment from their side was successful and asked me to contact Pockets customer care with the UPI reference number. Then 2 days back I sent an email to Pockets customer care but still, there is no response from them. Please help me how to get my refund back. Thank you.

Your Pockets account is Full KYC or not? I have faced this issue way too many times in the past and it's almost always auto-refunded within 7 business days.

Raise the service request with cred, their official will call. You'll get the resolution within stipulated time
