Annexure k not showing correct EPS duration

I recently raised grievance for Annexure K and received the same but i noticed that EPS tenure mentioned in it does not include my EPS duration in my first company from 2011 to 2014.
I can see EPS deduction for this tenure in PF statement available at epfo site agaist PF account for the same duration.
Who is responsible for this? How to rectify it?

Did you happen to withdrew EPS amount from 1st company ?
Start with contacting your company from 11-14 to get the service history rectified.

Is service history showing properly on EPFO portal ? If yes everything is fine.
EPS can't be transferred. It's maintained by EPFO so not sure how did U transfer that..
