Any bank issuing credit card or opening savings account without Aadhar and biometric verification in India??

No body will ask you there for aadhar card to open account.

Yes, all banks do. Go to any branch and tell them you don't have Aadhaar. If they refuse, complain on Twitter and RBI. They will come to your house to open your account.

Do note the name of the branch employee, branch manager and the branch, of course.

Quite funny. FYI, Aadhar is not mandatory as per Supreme court ruling.

It's used to make services easily operable for customer as well as bank, that's why they use it

Ok complain to RBI, if successfully opened, you can live in India if u want, otherwise leave India just for opening account.

If u don't want to share ur biometrics, then why u went for aadhar card camp for registration?

People like u just make excuses, can u tell me why u went for aadhar enrollment where u biometrics for eye and fingerprint were taken??

So that I have the identity card in case I need it in future for something.

It's like saying, why Americans have social security number if they don't want to share that? The information tagged with Aadhar is very confidential and can be misused. That's the reason, Govt. brought a circular few days back refraining people from sharing it with everybody. The circular was later withdrawn after it went viral but you get the point.
