i should Suggest go to Manali, You will get packages for 5000/- per head from Delhi to manali 3Days/5 nights.
Manali has lot of offer for couple but Sadly its not Honeymoon season in manali now, its snow season.
If you are planning for kerala , Kindly mention the No of days in Mind.
Get down in Kochi/Ernakulam, Travel to Munnar /Thekkady ( you will get lots of KSRTC Buses from Kochi to Munnar/Thekkady)
Post that Visit Allapey and stay in House Boat or in Backwater Resorts
Come back to Ernakulam and Visit Fort Kochi Beachs , Palace and Jew Street
If you mention more details like What is your budjet , No of Days, Coming from place can give better idea.

Please use the website : aanavandi dot com to figure out the Bus timings from ernakulam to Munnar . The Bus timings in this Website is 90% correct .
If you are coming in Train you can get down at Aluva (alwaye) railway station from there also buses to Munnar is available.
Journey from Ernakulam to Munnar is around 4 hours ( 120 kms approx) you can look for Low Floor AC volvo or Only get in to a Superfast or Fast passenger.
Additionaly you can book tickets for government buses via KSRTC(kerala RTC) website.

Yes, AC bus frequency is quite good from Kochi/Ernakulam to Munnar. Vytilla hub is the main bus stand.
