I purchased this FIVE_STAR_BUS_1140N bonds through GRIP and in my portfolio these bonds are showing as suspended in kotak securities and when I asked the kotak securities for clarification, i got this following reply that
"With reference to your below email, as I checked your Five-Star Business Finance Ltd INE128S07366 is currently non tradable, we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
You can refer same on BSE India website, I request you kindly coordinate with registrar of particular ISIN as we unable to share you reason why scrip is suspended."
Any solution for this please let me know soon.

I am having doubt that kotak securities maybe misledading because I bought only 1000 of each 10/- face value whereas kotak referred INE128S07366 having market lot of bulk like 1L etc (https://www.bseindia.com/markets/MarketInfo/Dis... I am more confused now.
Fiverstar bond bought from grip is actually non-tradable due to lack of liquidity. So may be kotak is showing it as Suspended. You need to hold it till maturity to redeem principal. Nothing can be done.

∆ Next time you should be more careful before any investments. Talk to any experts first.
Why you want to sell when they are giving coupon interest of 11.4% Wait for maturity in Apr 2024
Even If I wanted to invest in NCD I would prefer other (post some research) - won't by from grip invest limited option
@Ramta_Jogi Ppl investing based on referral bonus now, smh.
They are just utilizing offers since all knew bonds could be sold on next day of credit itself [since this bond had liquidity although 80% didn't knew the risk but when some1 assured it works then there's no looking back until it fails]
[PS: not all bonds 😜]
Yeah, I could see you can't trade these on Stock Exchange as there is no liquidity and never been traded.

If you have NCD's in bulk, reach to any broker they will transfer it w/o Exchange.
