There are offers from various jewellers. But I found Malabar Gold to be best in terms of offers and gold rate.
Just few weeks back they had offer of 5% upto 3000 on rupay credit cards. Now they have 5% upto 2500 on SBI cards. On top of this they have some 100 mg gold back on above 50000 something.

best deal is to buy gold bars of 1 gram 2 gram from amazon ajio myntra etc with card & coupon discounts below market rate. then exchange these gold bars with jeweller when buying gold. jeweller will not charge you 3% gst.

you can buy GV for gold shops from Amazon using your HDFC millennia cc/ sbi cashback cc for 5% or more

My brother bought gold recently using AXIS Ace CC.
As per their T%C Jewellery purchase is not eligible for cashback. But he got 2% cashback surprisingly.

I can confirm Axis and SBI cards will not give cb.

for offline purchase, from your list HDFC Millennia and IDFC First millennia would give CB, again from your list, HDFC Millennia would be the best as if you are buying for 1L then you will get 1% CB on offline spends and 1000 voucher for spending 1L in a quarter so 2% CB on 1L purchase.
do note that 1k offline spends CB (or whole of card spends) is per billing cycle and 1L is cumulative of 3months spends so plan it accordingly.

Where are you purchasing jewellery? If it is tanishq or any other big ones, theres gv available for them that you can buy at 5% using sbi cashback
