only option is if you go for 6/12 months advance rental payment or any area specific offers like when they first launched in my area in 2018 they gave free installation + free router and 6 months free when you opt for 12months plan i.e. for 18months usage you pay actually 12months charges only..

Check with local person of your act fibernet. They can give you free router, installation on 1 month plan of 700rs + taxes and more plans. Recently I negotiated with local person of act fibernet
if you opt for 150 mbps or above plan for 3m then you can get free installation..
if you opt for lower speed then min 6m
they only provide free installation but charge 500 as router security which is refundable..
to know more just apply via website, location agent will call you and tell you all details, if you are satisfied then proceed
ACT has - at certain times - promotions running for zero installation charges. Please check with your local sales team. Else, you can contact their customer care and they will assign a sales person to whom you can request for installation charges waiver.
