bsnl - any minimum non-plan like stv voice, sms, data or isd to make bsnl sim in grace period 2 active?

Vishal, 94 is plan pack, Raj has asked for non-plan one
i.e mostly below Rs. 74
=> Min (Rs. 1 to Rs. 73)
like Rs. 10 topup, Rs. 11 sms pack etc.

Raj, few days back I have researched a lot and also posted query here on Desidime.
Only solution for GP2 bsnl sim is of recharge of minimum Rs. 74
Any other recharge below Rs. 74 ’ll fail.
Tried and failed : Rs. 10, Rs. 11 sms pack, Rs. 18 two days UL

Official bsnl statement -
Customers are allowed to recharge STVs/combo vouchers of MRP Rs.75 and above during GP I & GP II period and make the customers in active status under the base plan with a validity of the recharged STVs/Combo vouchers for all plans (Corporate & circle specific) of retail customers, and this is implemented from 14.02.2020.

So, this also verifies why Rs. 10, Rs. 11 sms pack, Rs. 18 two days UL recharges failed when I tried.
