AMEX is already giving 5 MR/Rs 100 spent on premium after enrolment, max upto 10000 MR. Are there any other cards with similar offers?

I had not received the mail, and couldn't even find the correct enrollment link. I think i didn't even get basic 1x points. It just helped in getting 1k bonus for 20k spend monthly offer

Au bank was giving rs 500 cash back for insurance payments above rs 10000 on zenith card.
And its normal points will give another 1.25%.
