Don’t know how good their service is, but IDFC First bank is waiving Security Charges on Fastag. https://etoll.idfcbank.com/ihmcl/applyf...g/
ICICI bank has the best Fastag Management UI at the moment without any hassles or bugs so would suggest to go with ICICI itself

Bought fasttag offline yesterday… Hyderabad ORR airport exit from ICICI employee…. Paid only 200 nothing else and got balance of 200 in icici app.
Was able to see mini statment on icici app and use fast tag on the same day for multiple toll gates

Security Deposit is refunded only once you cancel the Fastag
I ordered today from IDFC First bank, No security deposit. Tag Issuance 100 and 100 balance.
Only 200 paid. Process was very easy. Got SMS immediately SMS with ID Password for portal. Waiting for delivery.
I have account with IDFC First.
I got my fastag from Paytm and till now it’s working fine.
Before buying, check out the feedback given by others first!
I’m sure you may not want to get into any trouble at toll plazas.
I got paytm fasttag a few months back for rs500.. 100 for the tag and 200 for deposit and 200 as balance. The main thing was it will use the money in paytm wallet to top up the tag and also the tag works fast in detection, just approaching the plaza will open the gates.. While I seen many people trying to clean their tags and such and other problems. Ofcourse it was free before and you only paid like the 200 top up but all thats changed now..
Do check toll deduction amount carefully. I was charged multiple times for crossing a toll. Getting refund for such txn is not an easy task in paytm.
After two three such incidents, i closed my tag and procured another from ICICI.
Havent taken fastag yet, shall i buy it ? (wont be passing any tolls in coming year though)
Just wanted to confirm if its only for tolls or has some other purpose too
