For people who have the time to make use of it, it's difficult to afford it.

Also, you need to plan your stay too early to get a booking where you plan to visit; their properties, I hear, are overbooked during the most common holiday seasons.

If you are retired and have the money to afford it, then its good.

Well rounded up. Most of these time share memberships are oversold already and it’s a rat race to get a vacation booked at their properties.

with our general busy lives, it’s very difficult to plan a vacation 3 to 6 months in advance to ensure availability and on most occasions, you always see the property sold out on dates you intent do travel.

You need to plan very well in advance like 4-5 months to get the destination of your choice, which is difficult in normal phase of life. Plus the membership is oversold.
