Merry christmas is very good and based on some novel. I won't be spoiler otherwise I wanna told you the whole story right now. 

Hanuman is in list. 

Watched Hanuman in theatre -

Must watch.

I know the budget and all, but still best film in the recent times, specially the climax (Climax fight was meh though due to quality of set)

Need to watch Merry, will see if possible in couple of days and update.

Merry Christmas is good story + twists

damsel is meh story with no twist no character development only bobby brown show cgi is good enough though 

Merry Christmas is an intelligent movie. It is set in a time before cellphones. While most of the movie involves a house/flat, the other part is shot around South Mumbai at night. It is very artistic yet tasteful. I was delighted when a major scene in the movie featured Regal Theatre in Colaba and I was coincidentally watching it in Regal itself! The movie is highly under-rated on BMS. I think people expected that if there's Katrina it will be like Tiger Zinda Hai and all. It is a very uncharacteristic role for Katrina and she actually does a great job in the movie. Sethupanti is very funny with his short dialogues. I recommend it as worth a watch. Almost no one can predict the ending.

If you prefer a masala movie with foreign locations, fancy action, big dance sequences or tacky humour then this movie is not for you. I know friends who say they don't want to apply their brain when watching a movie. If you are one of those then avoid it.

Both the actors don't know proper Hindi.

No matter how big Vijay is...

They should have dubbed for his character.

Definitely, one goes to this director movie with high expectations because of Andhadun. But, slow pace - no sudden twists.

Just watch any series which comply with the talasiman of "A MAN HAS THREE GIRLSFRIEND AND HE HAD TO MARRY ONE.."
