Any wallet available without PAN and Adhaar to pay bills,etc ?

I cant provide my PAN or ADHAAR because {placeholder reasons}. I wana pay utility and other bills online tho. Any way?

Most wallets require you to provide some unique identification document for Minimum KYC (not full). Most of them ask for aadhar. IIRC, Freecharge wallet minimum KYC accepts passport, voter card etc. It's been a while since I used Freecharge so you might want to check. There are restrictions though for minimum KYC wallets like you cannot transfer wallet money to bank, you cannot hold more than 5k in the wallet etc. Check before opening

park+ wallet , usable only on park+ though
you can try prepaid cards i guess they will act as wallet

Banks demand photo ID proof (KYC) even for issuing prepaid cards.
