any way to activate idfc fastag by myself ?

I've got a new idfc first bank fastag from park+ and their app throws error while registering it.
Their email support is not resolving my issue for past 10 days.
Is there any way it can be activated/registered by myself using some other portal/app.
If anybody has bought IDFC First fastag offline/flipkart/other sources, how did you activate it ?

I have now directly reached out to IDFC bank on twitter and they have requested some documents to activate it. I think it should get resolved now. If not then I'll reach out park+ again on fb.
