Any way to add my Rupay card to my wife's GooglePay account?

So I recently got the hdfc Rupay TataNeu credit card and have added to to my Google pay account. I am able to make UPI payments using this card wherever it is accepted.
Now i wanted to add this card to my wife's Gpay account so she can pay using the same card. But Gpay fetches the card using my number so it doesn't show for her (as expected). Any way to add it or any other upi app that will manually allow us to add my card to her account?

Only option is to do mobile number change for your card (it messses up cibil) or get her an addon card using her details and number
