Yes in the majority of cases. But to be honest, I could never book directly from IRCTC app @ 10 or 11. The app freezes at that time. Once I had an urgency, I tried but couldn't book like always, Seats were showing while booking, but after payment, no confirmation. The payment was deducted thrice. I almost thought of giving up and then I realized the time is almost 11:15, immediately opened the Amazon app and tried to book from there. got the ticket on the first try. But it was WL1(waitlist no 1). But during chart preparation, they had upgraded it to AC from Sleeper. 😅
