any way to get the Amazon wallet money without doing KYC?

I had a secondary Amazon account which I didnt check from long time and just logged in last week to find I had amazon wallet balance in it. Amazon is asking for KYC but the process is not completing. Is there a way to utilize the money without doing KYC?

still unable to use money
just did the step to update and verify the same mobile number again
but nothing changes in KYC status
Same issue with one of my old accounts as well.
Connected with lot of their customer care agents over this, even though their policy clearly says that if you haven't done kyc, you cannot add money, but you can utilize the balance if there is any. But in reality, they don't let you use it. They force you to do KYC.

One agent told me that change the mobile number in account settings. Edit it and put same mobile number (which was there in account) and save it. This will temporarily activate your account and you can use the balance. I tried, but didn't work. You can also try this if it works. If this doesn't work immediately, try checking after few hours, no idea when the account gets activated. Let me know in case it works for you.

Call customer care and ask them to fix the issue or refund the amount to it's source account. They have to do either one of them legally.
If it's wallet then no. You need to do kyc again. If it's gift card balance you can use it freely.
