No way

SBI Uni Pay portal might help you but it has lot of failure rates. research on it and be careful dont over use it:)

If you don't have the money then loan it from a friend and offer him some interest at least.
If this is not your first time then you have an addiction problem. Stop using your credit cards immediately.

Last I checked, SBI UniPay wasn't allowing credit card payments using credit cards, but you can choose to pay using UPI and then pay via Rupay Credit Card if you have. I believe this feature also comes and goes since it wasn't allowed a month ago (atleast when I checked), and then suddenly it was on April 25 and paid all my CC dues with Rupay CC. Give it a shot with small amount first.

instant method  -  if you have full kyc amazon wallet, mobikwik wallet with upi, then add money to wallet (charges 2-3%), then wallet to bank via upi. 

if you can wait then use snappay with low priority (charges 1.18%) but it takes 5 days
