don’t worry…i m so used to it now that if it goes i will find difficult to live…..
but last year when it started I hardly slept for 3-4 months and wanted to die……
this all because high decibel sound played throughout a day in front of my flat by marriage function happening in opposite society flat……and when music stopped after 1-2 hrs , i have been started facing music in my ear perhaps for lifetime……

you can contact me….but be brave…..its temporary phase and you can get over it once you become habitual….but it affects life afterwards too…..

btw, others say to avoid alcohol but i have different opinion, when it becomes too much i take 2-3 drinks to sleep properly.

My friend started suffering with this problem Last year after he burst a cracker at a very close range. First 1-2 months he faced a lot of problem and couldn’t concentrate on anything and couldn’t study at all. Then he got used to it and now he barely even notices it. We were under Manipal medicare at that time and he also went to Manipal to get the best treatment for this, but tinnitus has no treatment and they just recommended him therapy which included listening to some weird high frequency noises for 1 hour everyday.Now he uses tinnitus as an excuse to not go to useless events and parties.
