Any one facing Axis Credit Card Transactions transcrpts emailed but not SMSed whenever transaction happens?
I only receive email and not SMS
any one facing this with Axis? and do you know how to fix this?

ah guess have to ask customer care regarding this then, before asking wanted to confirm, seems lot of people are facing it, as i can see that by some few more in this reply thread
Following maybe the issue-
1. Network issue with your operator
2. DND activated on your connection and axis bank transactions are getting barred.
3. SMS alerts are turned off on your account.
1) SBI Cards I receive
2) HDFC cards I receive
3) IDFC cards I receive
only axis is having this issue hmm so not sure its DND
I've been using Axis savings a/c since forever now, and credit cards since the last 7 years. The transaction alerts usually never arrive on time, whether it is the SMS or the mail. I don't rely on them at all, sometimes they even send the email alerts at 2 in the morning for transactions done throughout the previous day. And it has nothing to do with my telecom operator as well. So if you're facing it, I would suggest you to accept the reality that this is how they operate. Unbelievable, but true.
Yes like you I too receive email almost 90% of the time belated too with 0 SMS
Well i agree to you but if you can see there are people with right SMS and Email on time like MyAmit and LG50 so this is some glitch in axis system , if we can raise complaint we might receive some solution
So wondering how to fix this for people like you and me who has this issue
It s a problem from Axis end, they use a cheap sms provider, hence sms dont arrive on time
