There is a complain option.
Your transaction must have tracked.
Go to transaction and complain from there.

is mobikwik card working for anyone today?

U will get the refund back in ur card back within 1-2 hr

Raised the issue to mobikwik via twitter. They have raised a ticket. Have got refund previously through this method.

Same issue for yday magicpin txn. No txn in mobi history.
Magicpin says money already refunded, but may take 7 days by payu to credit to mobikwik.

I just bought 2*1000 amz gvs in magicpin and blue card worked … When tried 3rd time payment failed and money deducted… No trace of failed transaction anywhere in blue card page or magicpin….. Did anyone get refund ?!

I never Received refund For Blue card automatically (even after waiting for 5-6 days)

Always contacted their support on twitter and after few days refund got Credited.
So better to contact Mobikwik

Also When you contact Mobikwik support they raise request with merchant and if Merchant Inform Them that txn is failed or Refunded They manually refund .(take few days)

Better to contact Mobikwik support Team on twitter even if failed txn or txn redunded by merchant they will take request and refund will be credited In few days

Chk if u got sns, else chk on mpin if txn no for failed attempt.
If nothing just mention amount and approx timing of txn.

Actually failed transaction is now showing up in blue card transaction history…. Still no signs of it in magicpin though

Our transaction 10 nth November money deducted blue amex card but transaction failed but money not received
