so I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but , I wanted to know if anyone here is psychiatrist? if yes please do DM, need urgent help , thank you. or anyone knows where I can consult with low fees coz can't afford to pay much on that.

Hope things are fairly under control.
Empathise with you or whoever has been through ups and downs of life or facing trauma or PTSD.
In big cities, in private clinics, for any average or above average specialists the per session charges can be upwards of ₹500.
Many large government hospitals often have fairly decent specialist (there are many branches. Like paediatric versus those for postpartum cases versus those in army hospitals to help armed forces personnel having been in combat or faced trauma and complications and usual mental health professionals).
If you are in or near any big city with good public sector hospitals or if you are relatives with ex-servicemen or those in the forces or if you have some approach like sports quota athlete or something.. then highly recommend to try the army corps hospital too.
I am not from the field but I know couple of acquaintances who are. Also relatives of ex-colleagues are mental health caregivers.

I can understand you don't won't to publicize you matter, but those dimers want to help you already replied. Try taking their help.
There are online platforms that offer sessions with a therapist at a flat rate per session. Like 250 or 500 per session.
I don't know them. But Google "online therapy india at best price" You will get some links.
