Anyone knows how to change Flipkart number without old number?

My old phone got lost and my FK account has balance too which i cant use since it sends otp.
I contacted customer support and they told me to send them Docs which I did but no response yet been 3 days

If FK CC has told they will do it no need to take tension.
Else get a new sim with same number
