2)How can we close account and when we can close account?

Why have u opened a Niyo account?
to those who have not received the vouchers yet, you can send an email to [email protected]. I found them very responsive.
It took around a week post email but got all the vouchers.
Card doesn’t take much time. I think 3-4 days
But virtual card generated before that and you can use it online
And don’t close account if you can maintain 10k.or 25k

My experience as below
Account opened 2nd Jan- everything done in like 15 mins
Got online KYC link …but could not do online KYC (agent was not able to take photo of PAN
They scheduled in person KYC. Account fully KYC on 5th of Jan..Agent who came tried to upgrade my account to 25K Balance account…I resisted and ticked 10K balance account so that he could not do some tricks
Account opening voucher- not received
FD opening voucher-Not received
UPI payment voucher – Not received
Fund Transfer Voucher – received.
Got online KYC link …but could not do online KYC (agent was not able to take photo of PAN
That agent was a man, right?
I had opened mine on 9th dec and completed every milestone by 19th Dec…
Although it’s mentioned to wait for 30days but
Got 2 vouchers already…
