Hello I am booking tickets for my friend who are currently in different cities . I am having flight vouchers will be redeeming that .
So on payment page they asked the traveler to carry vistara acc holders ( government id , credit card and noc from acc holder ) is this mandatory? What if I give this details in WhatsApp . Will that work ? Do they even ask about this things ?

If your nominee is travelling alone then share ur Vistara ID, email, contact, and mode of payment with him,
Someone at check-in counter may ask for these details and if satisfactory answer is not provided, they may even deny boarding,
Though I never faced any issue, many other passengers are harassed by Visatara this way

As long as the person is your account nominee you shouldn't need anything else. Even better if they can do a checkin without needing to go to the checkin counters, they won't even need to interact with anyone.
But in my experience, they treat it like any other ticket, and no special checks are done.

Nothing like that. They just ask for travelling person ID nothing else.
