It does work. I got a refund through mobikwik which was pending since several months.

Swiggy overcharged me for 30-40 times milk order by selling higher than mrp but giving only compensation of Rs. 100 (difference amt rs 300 around).. Will this portal help me

Did you get any refund from swiggy? If you already got refund for cancelled train then no basis of complaint as long as amt refunded is correct as per cancellation conditions.

That "what if" scenario lies in courts domain, consumer helpline is mainly for getting refund/return/defects in product quality etc.

Instead of UMANG Download NCH app from playstore.  . Lodging NCH Complaint is only the first step. Most of the time the issue gets resolved. It has helped me many times. In case of insurance I recommend to go with IRDA helpline.

You mean at consumer helpline website? Check your ticket details to see as there should be some sort of reply option there.

Yes, i selected as not resolved. Still issue got closed.

My issue was that i didn't get FULLPAY cashback. They said share proof that you have linked email id.

If it is cb related issue then not much chance because cb is not your "right" unlike some product/service for which you paid the money. Did you share this proof btw?
