Can a non jio user create this??
is it a zero balance account ????
I tried creating but the page is refreshing after sending sms thus wanted to confirm whether is it only for jio user or everyone

No point in creating the Jio Payments Bank Account at the moment since the Rupay Platinum bin issued for this account does not work in Amazon Pay Recharge Offer.
