Anyone (or someone they know) who works at Apple India and can help with the employee discount under "Friends and Family" category? Planning to purchase Macbook Air for my sister.

Why would having physical Apple store matter with respect to employee discount? In India it seems Apple employees can claim extra discount on submitting the invoice while in US, they need to place the order to the receipt address. I don't think physical Apple store presence has any link to employee discount

No Apple store in India so no employee discount only student discount.
