Anyway to transfer Credit to bank with less charges

I am holding RBL Play and Kotak pvr creditcards I need to do 5k txn in RBL and 10k txn in kotak PVR card in order to get monthly free tickets. is there any way to transfer cc to bank with no or less charges?
