Apay cc bill generated within 3 days of card issue. Is it normal?
Applied for card on 11th and approved instantly and today physical card is despatched. But 1st bill generated today itself. Is it normal?
Yes, normal. I think so. Generally 5-16th of month mostly have bill cycle.

My physical card not yet delivered . I think they need to wait till physical card to reach me. Is not it?
No issues AFAIK they've fixed bill generation dates so irrespective of your card delivery date they will generate bill on those days. So, it's fine and you can request statement cycle change once you're loggged in.
Some sbi cashback card users also got bill on 3rs September with joining fee. Card was launched itself on 1st September.
Generally axis waits for 30-45 days though for first bill.

Yes. Axis bill will be after minimum 30 days.

Actually in Amazon they are showing only 59 rs reward in transaction page. But icici processed 134.so I think they will deduct additional cash back which I got from next month cash back.

U must have done any other transactions using amazon icici card outside amazon, rest 75 cb is not extra or free

Got card just 2 day back. Except these three transaction not done anything else. But i think for bb and fk gv purchase they calculated 5% cashback instead of 2% . that's why difference happened.
