I have 108 HC in my Apollo247 app and my circle membership just expired today.
My question is "can I redeem this HC in offline store?" or these HC can only be redeemed in online Apollo247 app?

Using health credits have nothing to do with circle membership. You can use it offline or online anywhere. Earning credits is based on circle membership.
