Applied HDFC Millennia received freedom credit card

My sister recieved a call from HDFC Bank regarding pre-approval of Millennia credit card, she said to her she only need to submit the final application which she is sending on WhatsApp my sister does the same and today she received approval mail but when she clicked on email she found freedom credit card not Millennia what can she now do it's her first credit card
Should she request for the cancellation? because during conversation she said I only want to apply for millennia not any other credit card.

Should she request for the cancellation?
The credit card is cancelled automatically if it isn't activated within 30 days of arrival. So, no need to request. Just do NOT activate the card upon arrival and wait for a call from HDFC. Inform what happened to HDFC. That's all you have to do. Never ever apply again via WhatsApp.
