I guess it automatically marked you as not eligible after the eligibility validation. You could check with customer care, but mostly it won't work

Hello
On checking the Tata neu app today, I found I have both cards have LTF offer
Tried applying for the infinity one, after checking the eligibility it is showing only the plus card for me to apply.
The infinity card is not even showing for me. Anyway to get the infinity card?
