Go for it. I don't think Amazon would allow their name to be associated with a charger that is substandard or faulty.
I have seen some cheap chargers from non-reputed brands whose USB contact pins develop rust after a few months suggesting they are made from cheap steel / iron and not copper. This probably isn't like those.

Not the exact model but a colleague used a similar/older one.
Even if ERD ones are available for a suitable price, I would suggest them over these.
Amazon philosophy is to pirate (steal) design, technologies and then shopping around for the contract manufacturers that allow Amazon to squeeze them on margins, timelines, capacities.
If it works, it works.
If it goes kaput in warranty, they always at-least refund, if not replace.

But looking at the reviews it is like 50-50 either side.
