Are Rupay credit card upi txns failing?

Iam unable to make payments to merchants using Upi from my Hdfc and ICICI Rupay credit cards from yesterday after 9pm.

Is anybody facing the same issue ?

it’s working fine, but some shops have disabled credit card payment over upi. if you scan code with paytm, it’ll show
