Of course not if by genuine you mean 100% legal. They are basically selling promo codes/coupons/corporate keys available at discounted rates but not meant to be sold to general public.

Your choice, 90% chance the codes/key will work for at least few months to a year or two but the money you pay will not be going to the companies but to the pockets of those running these sites/groups.
