ASUS LAPTOP WARRANTY SERVICE

1. I purchased laptop from Amazon in October 2023, and also purchased a warranty extension plan of 3000rs 

2. two screws were missing from the bottom body at the time of purchase; I observed it when the technician visited today.

3. He said warranty might not be available if opened outside, then I told him I am not a fool who paid 3000rs for a warranty extension and then open it outside.

4. this time, he repaired my laptop but didn't give me extra screws, should get screws from the open market, or should I talk to customer care about the missing screws? Note it for future reference.
