AU Altura Card LTF Query

Hello,
I was given AU bank credit card by sales team of AU saying it is life time free. But on receiving card in welcome kit letter it is mentioned as Nil under joning and annual fees but down below in charges in same page there is mention of Joining and Annual fees reversal on spending of 10,000 and 40,000 respectively.
If anyone is using this card or know about this, kindly tell me which is correct? I called sales guy who applied for card and he told there will be no charge. Customer care number is busy like hell. Please suggest if I activate card or leave it like this. Thanks

For You it is NIL Charges / LTF. That page of Annual Spending of Fee Waiver is for Others! They just bunch the prints and send it to customers
