I applied for this account today, but during VKYC, the executive told me that this account type is not available for my location. I told him the branch is just 10 mins walkable distance away from my communication address, but he said that my permanent address from Aadhaar is not serviceable.

It's like a joke, as the account I applied for is fully digital. Then where's the question of non-serviceable area?

Now, my deposited money will get stuck for around 2 weeks.
